Job summary

F-Commerce in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Host Management lead to steer our livestream host team, drive performance, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will monitor host performance and KPIs, coach, recruit, and onboard new hosts, and maintain high livestream quality.

You'll collaborate with Live Ops, PMO, KAM/KAE, Controller, and other stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and keep cross-team communication clear in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in livestream, e-commerce, host management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in host/team performance management.
• Good understanding of livestream operations and workflow.
• Comfortable working with GMV, GPM, CTR, conversion, traffic, and other livestream metrics.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Good communication skills and confidence in handling conflicts or operational issues.
• Proactive, responsible, and hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor host performance and KPI through livestream and business metrics.

• Identify performance gaps and understand the root cause.
• Turn insights into action through coaching, schedule adjustments, and improvement plans.
• Coordinate cohost schedules, attendance, and performance with the Ops team.
• Monitor cohost KPI and ensure trackers are updated.
• Work with Ops to identify and solve operational issues.
