You will help recruit, train and manage hosts, collaborate with teams to create engaging content and monitor broadcasts for quality and audience engagement. The role emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced execution and a strong understanding of digital content trends, with opportunities to expand across platforms and build performance-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
• Experience in live streaming, social media management or event coordination.
• Strong understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with creative thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English or Malay, with the ability to understand and speak Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, training, and managing live stream hosts to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with hosts to plan and promote live streaming sessions, creating engaging content that resonates with viewers.
• Monitor live streams, ensuring technical quality and audience engagement during broadcasts.
• Analyze performance metrics and feedback to recommend improvements for future sessions.
• Work with marketing teams to develop strategies to increase audience reach and engagement across platforms.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve any streaming or technical issues promptly.
