Job summary

Kenny Hills Hospitality Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Training personnel to support the Training Department across its 30 outlets. You will help develop training modules, guides and manuals, while coaching teams on service excellence and customer experience.

The role involves on-floor training, program implementation, and monitoring ROI. Travel to various outlets is expected to address performance gaps and sustain a strong training culture.

Qualifications

• IT proficiency with Canva and Excel experience.
• Must have TTT Certification.
• Minimum diploma or university degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently and with upper management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing training systems, modules, guides and manuals.
• Support Training Manager to systemize the department and drive customer service excellence.
• Deliver training on the floor and provide on-the-spot feedback to teams.
• Create training tools and programs targeting tangible hospitality outcomes.
• Monitor and measure training effectiveness and ROI.
• Travel to outlets to observe operations and address gaps.
