Job summary

Synergy Dining Group Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Service Crew/Comis to join our team in Bukit Jalil. This full-time role places you at the forefront of hospitality, delivering warm, professional service and memorable dining experiences.

As a Service Crew member, you will greet guests, take orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and uphold high hygiene and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a waiting staff or service crew role within a hospitality or food service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Proficiency in taking orders accurately and working efficiently during peak service times.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu items and basic food safety practices.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin with Chinese shareholders and customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at appropriate tables in accordance with reservations and dining procedures
• Present menus to guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding food and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are clearly communicated to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, following proper service standards and etiquette
• Clear tables efficiently between courses and at the end of meals, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance at all times
• Support kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
