Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Hospital Management Executive to oversee the private hospital's clinical, operational, administrative, quality and business management, and to develop leadership capabilities for progressive responsibility.

The role spans Hospital Operations, Finance, Quality & Risk, HR and Business Development, including monitoring bed occupancy, patient flow, budgeting and regulatory compliance while collaborating with medical staff.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent recognised medical qualification, MMC registration and APC

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily hospital operations including wards, emergency dept., OT, ICU and clinics; oversee patient flow, bed occupancy and length of stay.
• Develop knowledge of hospital P&L, budgeting, revenue and cost control; monitor department performance and productivity.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical audits and patient safety programs; assist in regulatory compliance and handling complaints.
• Support manpower planning, staffing, performance management and leadership development in collaboration with HR.
• Build effective relationships with doctors and specialists to support clinical services and business development.
