Job summary
Lotus's Malaysia seeks a dynamic Buying/Merchandising professional with a strong background in home improvement and sourcing. You will lead direct sourcing, manage suppliers, and shape strategic buys for an international home living category.
You will travel as needed, including overseas assignments for supplier engagement and market exploration in China. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with experience from leading home living retailers highly valued.

- Smart Home & Innovative Home Solutions
Proven experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Sourcing, with hands-on exposure to direct sourcing and supplier management
Experience from a leading Home Living or Lifestyle Retailer
Genuine passion for home products, home improvement solutions, and innovative gadgets that enhance everyday living
Entrepreneurial mindset with the curiosity and drive to explore:

Flexibility to travel and occasionally be based overseas, particularly in China, for sourcing, supplier engagement, and market exploration.
Bachelor's Degree in:
