H & A Medical Supply Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Representative based in Malaysia to promote our medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare facilities.

This full-time, home-based role involves building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering product demonstrations. You will travel within the assigned territory, provide after-sales support, gather market intelligence, and collaborate with product and logistics teams to

Qualifications

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, medical products, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with medical professionals and decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that drive value.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.

Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and develop relationships with potential clients including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
Present and demonstrate medical products and equipment to prospective and existing customers, highlighting features, benefits, and clinical advantages.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transaction documentation.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
Collaborate with internal teams including product, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and new product developments within the medical supply sector.
