Two95 International . is looking for experienced recruiters who specialize in native languages to join our team. We are now looking for motivated recruiters who can bring their expertise and help us find the best candidates for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Source and screen resumes of potential candidates who specialize in a variety of native languages.
  • Use different recruiting methods, such as social media, job boards, and referral programs to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and candidate requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
