JCY HDD Technology Sdn Bhd invites a capable Process/Manufacturing Engineer to lead improvements on mass production lines, drive yield recovery initiatives, and support cost-reduction projects. You will apply structured problem-solving methods to resolve machine, process, and quality issues, ensuring on-time task completion and escalation of risks when needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk, GR&R, and basic capability analysis.
• Understanding of GD&T and ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience with 8D investigations, containment actions, and corrective actions for HVM issues.
• Proficient in Excel; exposure to Minitab or JMP; Power BI for dashboards.

Mansioni

• Contribute to engineering improvements, yield recovery initiatives, and cost-reduction projects on the production floor.
• Apply structured methods (5-Why, PDCA, 8D) to resolve production issues and defects.
• Improve HVM processes, reduce cycle time and scrap, and support equipment upgrades.
• Maintain process control plans, work instructions, and FMEA+ with risk controls.
• Collaborate with maintenance, QA, IE, and Production to ensure smooth mass-production ops.
• Leverage Power BI and real-time data to monitor line performance and drive improvements.
