Job summary

Veeam is seeking a proactive Sales Development role in Kuala Lumpur to generate new demand and engage potential clients across multiple channels. You will identify needs, present tailored solutions, and help drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will track activity in Salesforce, meet monthly KPIs, and collaborate with teammates to reach targets. Mandarin and English fluency is preferred to support the SG market. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Able to speak Mandarin and English to support SG market.

Responsibilities

• High level outbound calling to generate new demand for the channel and sales organization to pursue.
• Engage with potential clients through various communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Reach out to and have meaningful conversations with buyer personas targeted by the organization.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Track and manage account info, prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in Salesforce.
• Meet identified monthly KPIs (leads converted, leads generated, meetings set).
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
