Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repairs on construction equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, dump trucks, and road machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical faults, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs, adjustments, and replacements as needed.
• Perform routine inspections (scheduled, rental, and on-demand) to spot potential problems early and reduce downtime.
• Record maintenance and repair work accurately, including parts used and labor/time spent per job.
• Follow safety procedures and required maintenance standards to minimize accidents and prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Work with the sales and customer service teams to provide technical guidance, support, and equipment recommendations.
• Stay current with new machinery models, industry best practices, and evolving maintenance techniques.
