Job summary

AIA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Analyst for Network and Healthcare Management & Strategy to oversee administration of the hospital panel and cashless services for policyholders. You will support claims operations and act as intermediary between providers and AIA Health Services, ensuring timely updates and smooth workflows.

Ideal candidates hold a Health/Life Sciences degree or diploma, with healthcare or insurance experience, strong communication, problem solving, and basic accounting

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Health or Life Sciences, Allied Health or relevant disciplines.
• Working experience in healthcare or managed care or insurance industry.
• Knowledge in healthcare management, experience in nursing and medical advancement.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, able to manage people, fundamental knowledge in accounting principles, good analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Network Management: manage administration of hospital panel with cashless services.
• Provider Engagement: coordinate with providers and ensure timely communications.
• Contracting: support the negotiation of provider contracts and cost improvements.
• Alliance/Relationship Management: maintain relationships and oversee issue resolution with providers.
