Job summary

AIA Malaysia is hiring for a leadership role in pre-certification and case management within the health insurance space. You will oversee a team of assessors handling pre-certification, prospective, concurrent and retrospective review of hospitalizations, with a focus on cost containment while maintaining service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher in medical/health fields, strong knowledge of medical reports and health insurance policy, and willingness to work a 24/7

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Dentistry, Medicine, Medical Science, Biomedical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates with medical background encouraged to apply.
• Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of assessors in pre-certification, hospitalization and case management.
• Ensure quality audits for team members.
• Pre-certify cases for issuance of guarantee letters within required TAT.
