Job summary

AIA Malaysia is hiring to manage the healthcare provider panel and support claims operations, serving as the liaison between panel providers and AIA Health Services. The role includes credentialing, contract support, and ensuring timely communication.

The candidate should have a health or life sciences background, good communication, and willingness to travel as needed. Experience in healthcare management and insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Health or Life Sciences or Allied Health or related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Network Management: oversee the panel of healthcare providers and ensure smooth operation with AIA Health Services.
• Provider Engagement: gather and relay feedback for mutual improvement and communicate procedures.
• Contracting: support contract negotiations and renewals to achieve cost savings and strong terms.
• Relationship Management/Communication: address complaints and ensure timely resolution with internal/external stakeholders.
• Business Development: coordinate provider events and develop marketing materials for packages and Platinum providers.
• Alliance Management: steer relationships with Platinum and package pricing partners.
• Others: perform additional tasks as required.
