Job summary

AIA Digital+ is seeking a Healthcare Insights Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. The role delivers timely, accurate data-driven insights to support the Healthcare Division’s strategic initiatives and develops BI assets for senior stakeholders.

You will perform deep-dive analyses, identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement, and provide evidence-based recommendations while strengthening healthcare data assets. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data science, maths, statistics, health economics, life sciences, engineering or actuarial science.
Minimum 3 years analytics experience in healthcare or payer setting.
Strong communication and ability to translate questions into analytical problems.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end development and maintenance of performance management reports.
Lead deep dives into defined problem statements to identify key drivers and opportunities.
Develop specifications and standards for dashboards and reports with QA and reusability.
Coach junior analysts on best practices in methods, QA and data visualization.
Perform data reconciliation, document data lineage and reproducible scripts/notebooks.
