Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• Expert in programming-based analytics with SQL, R or Python.
• Experience building statistical models, segmentation, predictive and propensity models.
• Understanding of design and ML algorithm principles and model management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical work that supports business growth, customer experience, productivity and efficiencies.
• Create best practices for replication in other markets.
• Provide analytics solutions to support business decisions with measurable outcomes.
• Deliver the analytics workplan with Insights team and business users.
• Ensure delivery of analytics work at the pace of the business.
