Job summary

UEM Edgenta Bhd is seeking an experienced executive to lead and manage cleansing, healthcare waste, linen & laundry, and sustainable programs, ensuring service excellence for a broad hospital network.

You will drive continuous improvement through LEAN methodologies and technology, maintain rigorous HSSE compliance, and coordinate with MOH and other authorities to meet quality standards and contractual targets in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma in a relevant field.
• Specialised in Housekeeping/Cleansing Services/Waste Management.
• Total work experience of 4 to 6 years in Hygiene and Sanitising.
• Competency in Schedule Waste Management (CePSWAM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operation of cleansing, healthcare waste management, linen & laundry and sustainable programs.
• Ensure HSSE practices and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through LEAN, technology and innovation.
• Plan and manage cost initiatives including budget, CAPEX, and variations.
• Evaluate vendor performance across manpower, services, supplies and waste disposal.
• Maintain staff competency and qualifications to sustain service delivery.
• Analyse reports from ASIS, E-Clips and eSWIS to improve performance.
• Engage external and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Support hospital quality programs such as MSQH and EKSA.
