MiCare Sdn Bhd invites you to join the GL (Guarantee Letter) team as an Executive, GL. You will manage GL claims from intake to issuance, ensuring accuracy and timely processing across hospital communications and client inquiries.

Based in Shah Alam with 24/7 shift coverage, this role requires 2–3 years in TPA/insurance or healthcare, a Diploma or Degree in medical-related fields, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Science, Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Third Party Administration (TPA), the insurance industry (Health & Safety), or healthcare.
• Familiarity with GHS (Globally Harmonized System) and GL issuance experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsabilidades

• Case assessment to ensure alignment with policy terms.
• Document verification for GL issuance.
• Issue GLs via E-fax, client emails, and phone calls.
• Follow up with hospitals for missing documents or reports.
• Confirm receipt of Outpatient GLs with hospitals.
• Follow up with senders on incomplete documents.
• Demonstrate a results-oriented client service approach.
• Respond to email inquiries related to admission and discharge processes.
