Job summary

DP Architects seeks an Architect with a recognized degree (LAM Part II) and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role involves preparing healthcare project documentation, translating design concepts into workable solutions, and coordinating with consultants and contractors.

Proficiency in Revit and Photoshop is preferred. Short-term training in Singapore may be required, and willingness to travel locally and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Architecture (LAM Part II) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Well-versed with local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation including drawings, schedules and material specifications for healthcare environments.
• Interpret design concepts and translate them into workable solutions with design quality and authority compliance.
• Conceptualize and present design proposals.
• Assist and support Architect in executing multiple architectural projects.
• Assist in tender drawings and material specifications.
• Coordinate with specialist consultants, contractors, healthcare planners and clinicians.
