Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a health-focused sales/health advisor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver friendly customer service, provide nutritional product advice, and assist with stock maintenance and promotional displays. The role requires diploma or degree in nutrition-related fields and fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English.

You will work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with opportunities to promote wellness and engage customers in promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and result-oriented.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintain stock levels and housekeeping of health items.
• Conduct nutritional consultation and product advice to customers.
• Track and review Health Division sales objectives to achieve targets.
• Promote health promotions and maintain promotional displays with price tags.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
