Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in Product Development/Management within Consumer Health, TMHS, Food & Beverage or FMCG.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience leading a Product Development team.
• Proven track record of end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of formulation development, ingredient functionality, product testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Translate consumer needs into compelling product concepts.
• Research and evaluate innovative ingredients, raw materials, technologies and formulations.
• Develop formulations delivering efficacy, safety, quality, consumer appeal and cost.
• Oversee product testing, stability studies, efficacy evaluations, safety assessments and validation activities.
• Develop product specifications, technical dossiers, and claims substantiation.
• Ensure compliance with local, ASEAN and international regulatory requirements.
• Identify new product opportunities through consumer trends and market developments.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to develop marketable products aligned with brand strategy.
