Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a Health Advisor at Mitsui Outlet Park to deliver friendly, professional customer service and expert health product advice. The role focuses on efficient shop operation, stock maintenance, and engaging customers with nutritional guidance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor in Nutrition/ Food Science / Dietetics, is fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, and is able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Education & Experience:

Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
