Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a Part-time Customer Assistant for the Watsons The Food Merchant OUG. You will deliver friendly and professional service, assist customers with purchases, and ensure smooth daily operations in a busy store.

The role requires strong communication, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience in health/retail pharmacy is a bonus and training will be provided.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service.

Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.

Efficient organization and operation of the shop.

Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.

Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card.

Education & Experience:

Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.

Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.

Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.

Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.

Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.
