Job summary

AS Watson Group is seeking a Nutrition/Health Advisor to deliver expert nutritional advice and promote wellness products. You will ensure smooth shop operations, maintain stock levels, and provide top-tier customer service in a fast-paced retail health department.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nutrition or related field, with fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English. You will work shifts, weekends, and holidays with a proactive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or Dietetics.
• Required languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing personality with high energy.
• Malaysian citizenship required.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide health tests to customers during promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide customer service.

5. Track and review the sales objective of the Health Division as necessary in order to achieve the division’s sales target.
6. Maintain housekeeping standard of health items which includes promotional display and price tags.
7. To conduct overall healthcare department stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock level.
8. To upkeep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks and shelves
9. Provide health tests to customers on related promotional activities.
10. Handle customers inquiries and provide customer service.

Education & Experience:

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
3. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
4. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
5. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
