AS Watson Group is seeking a customer‑focused health department associate in Malaysia. You will deliver friendly service, maintain stock and store standards, and provide nutrition consultation to customers. The role requires a diploma or degree in nutrition or related field, and fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English.

The candidate should be energetic, outgoing, and able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, contributing to health and wellbeing promotions.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing personality with high energy.

Responsabilidades

• Instil high standard of friendly, professional customer service.

• Track and review Health Division sales objectives to meet targets.
• Maintain housekeeping and promotional displays and price tags.
• Oversee stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and levels.
• Keep stocks and shelves tidy and clean.
• Provide health tests during promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and deliver service.

Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities:

1. Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
2. Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
3. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
4. Nutritional consultation and deliver excellent product advice to our customers.
5. Track and review the sales objective of the Health Division as necessary in order to achieve the division’s sales target.
6. Maintain housekeeping standard of health items which includes promotional display and price tags.
7. To conduct overall healthcare department stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock level.
8. To upkeep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks and shelves
9. Provide health tests to customers on related promotional activities.
10. Handle customers inquiries and provide customer service.

Education & Experience:

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
3. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
4. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
5. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
6. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
