Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a Health & Wellness advisor to join our Health Division, focusing on nutritious product advice and exceptional customer service.

You will ensure stock availability, maintain store organization, and assist with health-promoting promotions, stock ordering, display upkeep, and customer inquiries. This role requires Bahasa Melayu and English, a diploma or degree in Nutrition/Food Science/Dietetics, and the energy to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
• Languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills; adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing personality with positive, high energy level.
• Malaysian citizen required.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide health tests to customers during promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide customer service.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
2. Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
3. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
4. Nutritional consultation and deliver excellent product advice to our customers.
5. Track and review the sales objective of the Health Division as necessary in order to achieve the division’s sales target.
6. Maintain housekeeping standard of health items which includes promotional display and price tags.
7. To conduct overall healthcare department stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock level.
8. To upkeep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks and shelves
9. Provide health tests to customers on related promotional activities.
10. Handle customers inquiries and provide customer service.

Education & Experience:

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
3. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
4. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
5. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
