Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a Nutrition/Health advisor to join our health division. You will deliver professional customer service, advise on nutrition and health products, and help maintain in-store stock and displays.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Nutrition, and bilingual communication in Bahasa Melayu and English. You will work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, contributing to overall health awareness and customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or Dietetics.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Responsibilities

• Instil high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintain stock level at all times and stock housekeeping.
• Provide nutritional consultation and product advice to customers.
• Track and review Health Division sales objectives to meet targets.
• Display promotional items with clear price tags and maintain housekeeping.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
2. Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
3. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
4. Nutritional consultation and deliver excellent product advice to our customers.
5. Track and review the sales objective of the Health Division as necessary in order to achieve the division’s sales target.
6. Maintain housekeeping standard of health items which includes promotional display and price tags.
7. To conduct overall healthcare department stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock level.
8. To upkeep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks and shelves
9. Provide health tests to customers on related promotional activities.
10. Handle customers inquiries and provide customer service.

Education & Experience:

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
3. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
4. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
5. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
6. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
7. A passion for promoting health and wellbeing.
