Job summary

The Security Centre Limited in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a senior leader to develop and launch Virtual Guarding, drones, robotics, and autonomous maritime capabilities as part of a new security-tech sub-division. You will work closely with the Director, Security Services to align technology with client needs and strategy.

Qualifications

• Substantial multi-year experience in technology-enabled security services.
• Hands-on technical background in security systems, installations, monitoring platforms, or related technologies.
• Proven ability to launch or scale a new service line in a commercial environment.
• Experience managing partner and vendor relationships in a technology context.
• Track record of client-facing engagement and commercial delivery.
• Familiarity with Cayman Islands security market is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Position Virtual Guarding as a value-added layer on top of existing guarding services.
• Grow Virtual Guarding as a recurring-revenue stream.
• Manage the company’s virtual guarding channel partnership and go-to-market.
• Own the commercial pipeline for Virtual Guarding from qualification to closure.
• Personally manage key Virtual Guarding accounts during launch.
• Contribute to defensibility and competitiveness of the wider guarding portfolio.
