Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or Body & Paint operations.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work towards performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Service and Body & Paint departments.
• Manage the team, workshop productivity and repair quality.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, complaints and service performance.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired and delivered within the agreed timeline.
• Monitor parts availability, workshop costs and department performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
