Job summary

Renesas is seeking a Manager, Product & Test Engineering to lead the Product and Test Engineering organization responsible for new product introduction, qualification, transfer, ramp-up, and sustaining support in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. You will drive yield, OEE, cycle times, and cost while ensuring robust test-program development and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related engineering field.
• 15+ years in semiconductor product engineering, test engineering, or test manufacturing in high-volume environments.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or people management.
• Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art semiconductor test equipment and testing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product and Test Engineering team for NPI, qualification, transfer, ramp-up, and sustaining support in high-volume manufacturing.
• Set technical direction, priorities, and governance for final test operations including yield monitoring and failure analysis.
• Own performance roadmaps for yield, OEE, retest, cycle time, capacity, and manufacturing cost.
• Ensure robust controls for test-program development, release, and change management.
