Job summary

ThoughtFull, a Temasek-backed mental health company, is scaling across the region and seeking a single operational leader to unite clinical, product, engineering, data, people and finance under one operating engine.

This is a full-time senior leadership role reporting to the CEO, with function heads across clinical, product and engineering, data, people, and finance reporting to you. Commercial sits alongside you as a peer, so alignment of operations and go-to-market is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in senior operations or cross-functional leadership roles.
• Experience translating company strategy into clear priorities, plans, budgets and delivered outcomes.
• Strong familiarity with product/technology-led businesses; able to work with product and engineering teams to turn priorities into delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide operational planning and OKRs with budget and headcount to deliver them.
• Hold each function to its plans, timelines and milestones, and manage operating cadence with risk flags.
• Lead and develop clinical, product and engineering, data, people and finance teams, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
• Design and continuously improve core processes, systems and operating rhythms for cross-functional alignment.
• Own the product and engineering roadmap and ensure alignment with strategy, clinical needs and client commitments.
