Job summary

ThoughtFull is scaling across the region and seeks a single operational leader to unite clinical, product and engineering, data, people and finance. This full-time senior role reports to the CEO with function heads and commercial teams aligned for delivery and growth.

You will own planning, budgets and headcount, drive end-to-end execution, and build scalable processes while maintaining high standards of excellence. Must work in Malaysia/Singapore time.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of relevant experience in senior operations or cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ability to own multiple functions, set priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Experience with budgeting, planning and performance management.
• Strong leadership to guide teams across functions and markets.
• Comfort with product/tech-led environments and clinical/governance considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run company-wide operations from planning to delivered outcomes.
• Own budget, headcount planning and OKRs across all functions.
• Lead and develop clinical, product, engineering, data, people and finance teams.
• Design and improve core processes, operating rhythms and scalable solutions.
• Shape the product/engineering roadmap aligned with strategy and client needs.
