Job summary

Mankind Space Creation (Mankind Solution Sdn Bhd) is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the sales, design and site delivery teams in Kuala Lumpur. You will map workflows from lead to handover, build SOPs and KPIs, and work closely with the CEO to scale the business.

This senior role requires 10+ years in construction or design & build, with 3+ years leading multiple teams, plus a solid handle on project P&L, cash flow, and client communications.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in construction, renovation or design & build.
• 3+ years leading multiple teams or departments.
• Track record of building SOPs, workflows and KPIs in a growing SME.
• Solid understanding of project P&L, cash flow, BOQs and collections.
• Head of Operations, General Manager or COO experience is an advantage.
• Background in renovation, fit-out or landed rebuild projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align the sales, design and site delivery teams (about 5-7 people each).
• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and map end-to-end workflows from lead to site handover and final collection.
• Build and enforce SOPs for quotations, design handovers, procurement, site quality control, variation orders and client communication.
• Set KPIs, track operational metrics and run structured weekly operations meetings.
• Oversee project P&L, cash flow, BOQ accuracy and timely milestone collections.
• Evaluate and upgrade our operational tools and systems.

Mankind Space Creation (Mankind Solution Sdn Bhd) is a design & build interior and renovation company based in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, delivering landed property rebuilds, extensions and renovations (typically RM300k to RM1M) across the Klang Valley.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead our sales, design and site delivery teams. You will map how work flows from lead to handover and final collection, build the SOPs and KPIs that let the company grow, and work directly with our CEO.

Responsibilities

Lead and align the sales, design and site delivery teams (about 5-7 people each)

Diagnose operational bottlenecks and map end-to-end workflows from lead to site handover and final collection

Build and enforce SOPs for quotations, design handovers, procurement, site quality control, variation orders and client communication

Set KPIs, track operational metrics and run structured weekly operations meetings

Oversee project P&L, cash flow, BOQ accuracy and timely milestone collections

Evaluate and upgrade our operational tools and systems

Requirements

What We Offer

Monthly salary RM12,000 - RM18,000
