Job summary

Capcon Consulting in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Architect to lead sovereign 5G SA Core, MCX, and SATCOM strategy, guiding multi-year core architecture and TCO roadmaps.

You will define blueprints, architect MCX/MCPTT/IMS cores, and develop TRL readiness and financial models while collaborating closely with executive leadership.

Nice To Have / Bonus

• Hands-on SATCOM backhaul or 5G Non-Terrestrial Networks experience.
• Active delegate participation in 3GPP, ITU, or MCMC forums.
• Technical background in TETRA or tactical military radio systems.

About You

• Experienced Tier-1 OEM Senior Packet Core Architect or 5G Solution Director with 3GPP 5G SA Cores, MCX frameworks, and multi-year TCO model experience
• 15+ years of relevant experience; this is a Senior Management / GM / VP level role
