Job summary

Green Breeder Group in Sarawak is seeking a Marketing Leader to oversee branding and growth across Borneo Fresh Pork, Eco Fresh, and Borneo Highland Orchard. You will shape strategy, manage budgets, and work with external social media partners to drive sales.

Reporting to a Director, you will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales and Production to build trust in quality and freshness, while expanding presence in Sarawak's retail and F&B channels.

Qualifications

• Degree essential in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 6 years marketing experience; FMCG/retail exposure preferred.
• Experience managing multiple brands and campaigns, with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plans and budgets for each brand; report spend against results.
• Define each brand’s positioning; maintain consistent identity across logo, packaging, signage and online presence.
• Monitor market trends and customer behaviour; translate insights into action.
• Plan, execute and evaluate promotions across retail outlets and partner channels; measure uplift and margins.
• Design campaigns, bundles and seasonal activities to balance sales and minimize wastage.
• Grow sales of dairy and fresh produce through supermarkets, own outlets and F&B businesses.
• Lead launches of new/processed products; provide insights to production team.
• Analyze sales performance by product/outlet/season and present recommendations to management.
• Manage loyalty programs and audit in-store marketing standards.
• Oversee social media, digital advertising and e-commerce; manage external partners.
