This is a rare opportunity to lead one of our most critical and complex manufacturing operations at a time of significant growth and transformation. As Head of Manufacturing, you will take ownership of a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Kuala Lumpur, leading a large and highly skilled workforce while shaping the future of manufacturing excellence across safety, performance, and people leadership. With strong executive support and clear pathways for progression, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact within a global organisation committed to innovation, sustainability, and developing the next generation of leaders. This role goes beyond day‑to‑day operations - it is about optimising manufacturing performance, strengthening capability, and enabling the business to meet ambitious growth and customer commitments. Together, we drive the shift to smart, efficient, and more sustainable mining.

Travel requirements are minimal, with primary focus onsite.

Multi-Department Oversight: Lead Manufacturing, Engineering, and Lean teams to deliver world‑class performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Ensure production capabilities and infrastructure support current and future business needs, including scalability for growth. Daily activities include team leadership and operational oversight.

Operational Excellence & Innovation: Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement culture across all functions. Drive adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and digitalization initiatives to enhance productivity and competitiveness. Success is measured by continuous improvement and innovation adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, New Product Development, and other key functions to ensure seamless integration of production schedules and new product launches. Support SIOP processes and contribute to enterprise‑level decision‑making.

Leadership & Talent Development: Build a high‑performing leadership pipeline within Manufacturing, Engineering, and Lean teams. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
