Job summary

SEGi University & Colleges invites applications for a senior leadership role to oversee the School of IT (SOIT), coordinating teaching, services and activities and guiding academic affairs development across departments.

You will coordinate business development through market research and project derivation to support student growth, work with Marketing on partnerships, and be responsible for programme development and profitability of SOIT offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in IT or related discipline (CS, AI, Cybersecurity, DS, etc.).
• 5–7 years of working or teaching experience in education and managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge in Software Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity, or Data Science; expertise in one is advantageous.
• Familiarity with MQA and SETARA/MyQUEST requirements, standards, and specifications is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage all levels.
• Ability to manage lecturers, staff, students and parents; strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate teaching, services and activities for the School of IT and academic affairs development.
• Coordinate business development activities through market research, workplace analysis, and project derivation to boost student growth.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing on smart partnerships, projects, seminars and forums.
• Be responsible for programmes development, financials and profitability of SOIT programmes.
