Job summary

MindMerge Consulting in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, seeks an academic leader to oversee and coordinate teaching, services and academic affairs for the School of IT across departments. You will assist the Dean in planning and developing business activities through market research and information-system design, and collaborate with Marketing on partnerships, projects, seminars and forums.

Requirements: Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD in IT or related fields; 5–7 years in higher education; strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD in Information Technology or IT-related disciplines.
• 5–7 years of working and/or teaching experience, preferably in higher education.
• Strong knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and/or Data Science.
• Familiarity with the Malaysian higher education landscape and MQA requirements is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Ability to manage lecturers, support staff, students and parents.
• Strong command in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities
