Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead the Business Intelligence team and deliver actionable insights to executives. You will partner with business leaders to translate complex data into strategic recommendations and oversee the IT Project Management team to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML tools, generative AI applications, or automated workflows is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas to C-suite executives.
• Problem-solver who aligns software, data, and processes with business goals.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI team to deliver data analysis and actionable insights for executives.
