Job summary

Aisling Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Marketing Leader to drive all marketing functions and report to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will define go-to-market strategies, own demand generation, and manage budgets and brand messaging to accelerate commercial objectives.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across content, product marketing, customer marketing, performance marketing and media, while partnering with sales and customer success to optimize growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years marketing experience (B2B, SaaS and/or Retail preferred).
• 5+ years proven hands-on track record for global demand generation programs in B2B SaaS with a digital focus.
• 3+ years direct experience carrying a budget including headcount and non-headcount resources.
• P&L and revenue ownership experience.
• Startup and/or agency experience.
• Track record hiring and leading a marketing team that hits demand gen targets.
• Digital-first marketer with experience in paid media, SEO and performance marketing.
• In-depth experience in marketing automation.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Inclusive people leader with collaborative growth mindset.
• Ability to build scalable processes as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Define, build and execute go-to-market strategies supporting commercial objectives.
• Lead and own demand generation; align with sales and BD for lead generation and enablement.
• Manage and nurture leads; ensure they are talked to, qualified, confirmed, and managed.
• Define and oversee marketing budgets, OKRs and reporting.
• Own corporate brand and messaging, including differentiation and market traction.
• Grow brand awareness through web, publications, ads, media inquiries, press releases and events.
• Disseminate brand, customer, and product feedback across the org.
• Support sales with collaterals, webinars, etc.
• Partner with customer success to develop customer-centric marketing and retention programs.
• Build, lead, coach and retain a high-performing marketing team across content, product, customer, performance marketing and media.
