Job summary

Lam Research seeks a senior Fixtures Engineering leader to drive a high‑performing fixtures team across assembly and test operations. You’ll oversee engineers and technicians, own KPI reporting, and partner with global teams to ramp and sustain readiness in a 24x7 production environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field, 8–10 years in manufacturing or fixtures, and proven leadership in lean manufacturing, RCCA/8D problem solving, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or related field.
8–10 years of relevant manufacturing/fixtures engineering experience.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
Experience leading design, systems, or manufacturing teams in high-customization environments.
Strong cross-functional collaboration across large organizations.
Proven RCCA and 8D problem-solving skills; lean manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Fixtures Engineering team, including performance management, coaching, and capability development.
Own Fixtures Engineering execution for assembly and test operations across all shifts; report KPIs to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement and establish a new Fixtures Engineering organization.
Ensure coverage, capability, and performance for rapid issue resolution; manage safety and quality.
