CelcomDigi Bhd is seeking a seasoned Finance Operations leader to oversee AP, AR, settlement, claims and bank reconciliation. You will define KPIs, manage a large team, and drive transformation initiatives including ERP migration to SAP S/4HANA.

The role requires extensive experience in finance operations, strong controls, and stakeholder collaboration across internal teams and external partners. Based in Malaysia, PJ area, you will report to the Finance leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional accounting qualifications are a plus.
• 10+ years in Finance Operations with managerial experience.
• Strong exposure to AP/AR, bank reconciliation, shared services, and internal controls.
• Hands-on in billing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, and financial closing.
• ERP exposure, SAP S/4HANA preferred; familiarity with Oracle/Coupa is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Finance Operations including AP, AR, carrier settlement, and bank reconciliation.
• Define and drive KPIs and SLAs; ensure timely financial closing.
• Establish robust internal controls and governance; manage risks.
• Oversee payment processing, collections and cash flow management.
• Drive ERP transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA migration; BAU enhancements.
