Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end remittance processing and AML screening.
• Lead e-KYC reviews for onboarding and fraud mitigation.
• Manage BO B onboarding access and entity applications.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting to Bank Negara Malaysia.
• Drive process simplification and lean initiatives across Centralized Operations.
• Lead automation projects (RPA, AI) to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and risk controls.
• Control OPEX and support cost-efficient growth.
