Job Summary

The Head of Workplace Transformation is responsible for end-to-end workplace improvement at Allianz Malaysia. Collaborating with Allianz Technology, they ensure continuous enhancement in Helpdesk services, workplace hardware and software, and the overall user experience for AZ MY employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Continuously improve workplace user experience to effectively meet user needs.
  2. Manage major workplace-related projects, providing leadership and support to project teams.
  3. Enhance the efficiency, responsiveness, and user satisfaction of the IT helpdesk.
  4. Translate user feedback into actionable improvements to services and processes.
  5. Lead initiatives to provide an excellent IT onboarding experience for new users.
  6. Establish and maintain an IT champion community for a train-the-trainer approach to disseminate IT knowledge across operating entities.
  7. Coordinate with IT service providers to monitor SLA performance and ensure compliance and timely resolution of issues.
  8. Update ticketing processes to improve user experience through streamlining, accessibility, and efficiency.
  9. Lead change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new workplace technologies.
Key Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
  2. Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders, including external vendors.
  3. 4-6 years of experience in IT, IT leadership, workplace technology, digital transformation, or related areas.
  4. Familiarity with using ChatGPT for process simplification.
