Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet inventory and business targets. Source used vehicles through trade-ins, direct purchases, auctions, dealer networks, fleet disposals, and corporate partnerships. Lead vehicle appraisal, valuation, and acquisition negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, financial institutions, fleet operators, and other key partners. Monitor market trends, pricing, inventory mix, and stock turnover. Lead and develop the sourcing team to achieve departmental KPIs.
