Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class E driving license with at least 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Service oriented with good communication skills.
• Strong ability to assess road conditions and provide timely updates to the control room.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures defined in the Distribution Manual.
• Safeguard company and customer property and report losses or defects.
• Comply with Air Products EH&S requirements and attend driver training.
• Comply with health and safety laws for transporting hazardous or non-hazardous materials.
• Assist with planning delivery routes based on orders.
• Provide holiday and sickness coverage at depots.
• Perform simple repairs on customer installations as requested.
• Input delivery information into PDT/MOBY or computer systems.
• Complete paperwork such as trip reports and vehicle inspections.
• Carry out any other reasonable task as required.
