Job summary

Kaizhuin Pack Sdn Bhd (Perak) is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to operate company lorries and transport raw materials, finished goods, and equipment to designated locations around Ipoh.

You will assist loading and unloading, plan efficient routes, perform basic vehicle checks, and ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies. Excellent customer handover and professionalism are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate company lorries and deliver goods to designated locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading to prevent damage.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet schedules.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report defects.
• Comply with road safety regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with customers during deliveries and ensure proper handover.
• Willing to undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Transportation of Goods: Safely operate company lorries to deliver raw materials, finished products, or equipment to designated locations.
• Loading & Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet schedules and reduce fuel costs.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on lorry condition, report defects, and ensure timely servicing.
• Compliance: Adhere to road safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements under the Road Transport Act.
• Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers during deliveries, ensuring professionalism and proper handover of goods.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors or management to support logistics operations.
