Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Hardware Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design and deliver Fixed Access hardware products.

You will work through the full product lifecycle, from concept to final validation, in a fast-moving, international environment. The role requires a degree in CSE/Engineering/IT, strong knowledge of GPON/EPON, Ethernet, PON, and RF/analog capabilities, plus hands-on circuit design, simulation tools, and collaboration with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Fixed Access Product Hardware Design and end-to-market delivery.
• Knowledge of GPON/EPON, Ethernet, IP networking, and optical transmission (PON).
• Experience with circuit design, simulation tools, and PLD/FPGA environments.
• Strong collaboration with external suppliers and OEM vendors.
• Familiarity with ETSI, NEBS, Telcordia, and RoHS standards; good RCA skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver fixed access hardware with end-to-market timing.
• Perform circuit design, simulation, and PCB/FPGA work.
• Lead RCA for manufacturing and field issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and OEM partners to source components.
• Improve thermal design and power module integration.
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards and robust EMI/EMC practices.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for Hardware Engineer with 5+ years of experience.

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience

• Experience in Fixed Access Product Hardware Design, with proven end-to-market delivery in time-to-market environments. Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle and hardware development processes is essential.


• Familiarity with GPON/EPON technologies and hands-on experience with Digital Circuit systems design with better OLT background.


• Experience in cost-optimized hardware design and component selection, with the ability to leverage local low-cost ecosystems.


• Good understanding for system thermal design and improvement.


• Direct involvement in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for both manufacturing and field-level product issues.


• Experience collaborating with external suppliers and OEM vendors.


• Familiarity with telecom standards such as ETSI, NEBS, Telcordia, and EUED-RoHS. Strong understanding of Ethernet, IP networking, optical transmission (PON), and POTS.


• Proficient in circuit design and simulation tools, including PLD/FPGA design environments.


• Experience with analog circuit design and power module development is a strong plus.
