Job summary

Aivres in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia invites a hands-on hardware engineer to design server hardware solutions, own schematics, and guide layout reviews. You will support production by debugging PCBA issues and ensuring robust high-speed signaling.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hardware development with at least one board-level product in production, strong digital/analog SI, and fluency with Cadence EDA and Allegro PCB rules. On-site role with cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hardware development experience, with at least one board-level product completed independently.
• Solid expertise in digital circuits, analog circuits and high-speed signal integrity (SI).
• Proficient with Cadence EDA tools, and familiar with Allegro PCB design rules.
• Skilled in using oscilloscopes, soldering irons, logic analyzers and other hardware debug/analysis tools.
