Job summary

DCR Marketing Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise the packing team and ensure orders are prepared efficiently.

You will manage stock movements, maintain accurate IN/OUT records, keep the warehouse clean and organised, and support the team’s wellbeing, discipline and productivity. Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Sat 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. Location: 10 Boulevard, Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse operations and staff.
• Ability to manage stock records and inventory movements.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the packing team
• Manage stock inventory and stock movement
• Ensure orders are packed within turnaround time
• Record all stock IN & OUT accurately
• Keep the warehouse organised, clean and running smoothly
• Look after the team’s wellbeing, discipline and productivity
• Spot problems early and elevate before they become big problems
